Workshop Aims:

Reasoning, Manual & Exercise Therapy

  • Discuss differential diagnosis strategies for mechanical non-specific & specific lumbopelvic pain.

  • Provide a SIMPLE and CLEAR clinical reasoning framework for managing lumbopelvic problems.

  • Explore and discuss the practical application of many manual and exercise therapy strategies

  • Apply a range of evidence-based manual therapy techniques targeting mobility (mobilization, manipulation, neural mobilization).

  • Targeted assessment and treatment for recurrent problems through applying kinetic control and Pilates-based training for long-term effects.

  • Practice the use of complementarity tools for managing musculoskeletal-related lumbopelvic problems such as taping & dry needling.
