Overview:
Acupuncture, rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, has evolved into an evidence-based medical practice with extensive research supporting its effectiveness. FDA classification in 1996 and WHO endorsement in 1998 validate its safety and efficacy across various conditions. Global Clinical Practice Guidelines recommend acupuncture, especially in musculoskeletal disorders. It's integrated into university curricula worldwide. This course is designed to cater to physiotherapists, empowering them to skillfully apply acupuncture for treating musculoskeletal issues.
