Asmaa completed her undergraduate studies at Cairo University in 2013 and obtained her master's degree in physiotherapy from the same university in 2021. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD. For over 7 years, Asmaa worked as a Musculoskeletal (MSK) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) physiotherapist at Cairo University Hospital, where she supervised internship students. Her journey with Primephysio began in 2015, during which she shadowed various tutors in Orthopedic Manual Therapy Certificate (OMTC), Bobath, Sports Physical Therapy, and Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation. She has also assisted in numerous OMTC programs. Asmaa serves as a board member of the Orthopedic Manual Therapy Academy and Primephysio Dry Needling Institute, as well as being part of the curriculum development team. She holds the main tutor role for the ICU course, Dry Needling Diploma, and Soft Tissue Integrated Management course. She has delivered over 15 ICU physiotherapy courses, 30 dry needling programs, and 6 soft tissue integrated management courses in different countries such as Egypt, UAE, Jordan, Sudan, and Pakistan. In addition, Asmaa has conducted multiple short workshops and has been an invited speaker at various conferences and universities.
