  3. How can we confirm the diagnosis?  Testing

  4. Treatment strategies

    • Does manual therapy have a role. Clinical application

    • Neuro dynamics

    • Exercise therapy.

    • Education strategies

B- Inferior and media scapular pain. (IMSP)

  1. Differential diagnosis

  2. Sources of pain referral

  3. Is it thoracic aortic or acute coronary syndrome or something else?

  4. Decision making process.

  5.  What if it is a musculoskeletal problem?

  6. Is it cervical spine referred problem?

  7. Is it trigger point, thoracic spine nerve root or Costo-vertebral joint? How could we differentiate between these sources?

  8. Treatment strategies:

    • Thoracic mobility

    • Directional preference

    • Desensitization strategies.

    • Role of self-mobility and physical activity

    • Motor control training. Simple exercise for a long-term result.
