Emre Çalışkan is a prominent figure in Turkey’s physiotherapy field, known for his expertise and multifaceted approach to professional development. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at Abant İzzet Baysal University, where he actively participated in social responsibility projects, volunteer work, and academic initiatives.
Specializing in neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation, Çalışkan stands out for his patient-centered, functional, and evidence-based approaches. In his clinical practice, he combines manual therapy, exercise science, and functional assessment methods to create personalized treatment programs for musculoskeletal disorders.
Beyond clinical success, he is recognized for his advocacy work in advancing the physiotherapy profession. He has led initiatives to strengthen the role of physiotherapists in Turkey’s healthcare system, promoting greater visibility and impact for the field.
In 2023, Çalışkan was elected as a *Member of Parliament for Nevşehir* in the Turkish Grand National Assembly.
