Course Objectives:

  • To teach the practical application of cupping therapy techniques on different parts of the body.

  • To educate students on the indications, contraindications, and precautions of cupping therapy.

  • To teach students how to incorporate cupping therapy into an integrative treatment plan for patients with various health conditions.

  • To equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to perform safe and effective cupping therapy treatments.

  • To provide students with the opportunity to practice and receive feedback on their cupping techniques.

  • To teach students how to properly clean and maintain cupping equipment to ensure patient safety and hygiene.

  • To educate students on the potential side effects and risks of cupping therapy, as well as how to handle any adverse reactions.

  • To teach students how to effectively communicate with patients about cupping therapy and its benefits as part of a holistic treatment plan.
