Mirette completed her BSc in Physiotherapy from Cairo University, Egypt, in 2014, with 10 years of clinical experience in Musculoskeletal, Orthopaedic Postoperative and Spinal Deformities Rehabilitation. She managed a caseload of MSK, sports and spinal deformities like scoliosis, cervical lordosis and hyperkyphosis conditions in El-Qusiya Central Hospital and private clinics in Cairo and Asyut cities. In 2015, she started her professional development journey with Primephysio UK, where she shadowed many renowned international tutors in MSK, Manual Therapy, Chronic Pain and Movement Therapy concepts. She assisted in more than 10 OMTC programs, kinetic control courses in Egypt, and the Manual Therapy and Exercises for the Upper Quadrant course in Sheffield, UK.
Mirette achieved a new high in her career and professional development by attending online training modules for knee OA from The University of Melbourne, Australia. She pursued her passion for spinal deformity management and became a Schroth therapist. In 2022, she became the 1st Egyptian physiotherapist to win the prestigious Chevening Scholarship to study for a master’s degree in the United Kingdom. She is now a Chevening Alumni with a master’s degree in Advanced Clinical Practice in MSK physiotherapy.
